Classic Improvement Products is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. This is an in-office role supporting our sales and operations teams in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

🕒 Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
30-minute meal period required
Full-time position (40+ hours per week as needed)
Overtime available (Saturday's and/or Sunday's)

💰 Compensation

Hourly pay plus incentive opportunities
Expected annual earnings starting at approximately $45,760+ (hourly/commission/incentives)

📞 Key Responsibilities

Follow company sales and customer service processes
Answer and respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Schedule sales consultations, installations, and service appointments
Conduct follow-up communication via phone, email, and text
Prepare and process sales orders and service requests
Utilize company CRM and related systems
Assist showroom visitors with product information
Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and management
Provide professional support to customers in a variety of situations

🔍 Qualifications

Prior customer service experience in the home improvement industry preferred
Phone and/or sales experience preferred
Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, documents, CRM systems)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
