Job description
Classic Improvement Products is looking to hire a bookkeeper immediately. This new employee must be QuickBooks Savvy, personable, detail oriented, a multi-tasker, a problem solver, and work easily with others.
The position available is part time 15-25 hours a week. Hours are flexible.
We are looking for an accountant to start immediately to help maintain the systems that are currently in place while also growing into new projects/reports for 2023/2024. Growth is the key to our success in this ever-changing industry.
All work is to be done on site at our office located at 5538 East La Palma Ave, Anaheim Hills California 92807. Position will never be offsite
If you are the bookkeeper that we are looking for you will be a QuickBooks Savvy individual, while being extremely efficient with computers (PCs), Emails, Microsoft Word and Excel. You must be a quick learn and grasp onto our Customer Relations Management system called MarketSharp. You must know how to file and make monthly prepayments to CDTFA, along with quarterly for sales tax.
You would also be trustworthy, punctual, and not hesitate to bring new ideas to the table. You must have great attention to detail, as you will be accountable for providing accurate financial record keeping. This position is a vital key to the day-to-day operations of our team of 14+ employees. You describe yourself as a perfectionist that is independent and a quick learner. Most of all you have a bubbly personality that brings joy and happiness to the office.
