Classic Improvement Products is looking for a Full Time Installer
The position available is Monday through Friday. Saturdays are available as well should you be interested. We are looking for an installer assistant to start immediately to help with the day-to-day installs, service calls, and repairs.
Each morning starts at our office in Anaheim Hills off of Imperial & La Palma Avenue. You would gather the product, materials and supplies needed for the jobs for that day and head out with our lead installer in our vehicle. Although 70% of our business is within 20 miles of our office, our service area is from San Clemente to Los Angeles to Palm Springs to Temecula.
Pay is a combination of Hourly, Commission and Piece Work. Benefits include 401k, 3 sick paid days, sales commission, monthly bonus, refer a friend sales commission and vacation days.
If you are the installation and service/repair technician that we are looking for, you’ll be a problem solver, proactive individual with the ability to listen and follow directions. Your friends would describe you as very friendly with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping people. You would also be trustworthy, respectful, punctual and a comfortable communicator both written and verbally. Candidate must have a clean driving record.
You will have great attention to detail and work well under pressure, as you will be accountable for providing 5-Star Installations and Service to all customers. You’d be eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow with our company, and achieve well above average results.
