The official retractable screen door known as the StowAway Retractable Screen is fabricated in our facility in Anaheim Hills, California. We fabricate and distribute the StowAway product line for all of California, Nevada, and Hawaii.
A Retractable Screen Door is a superior option to a traditional swinging or sliding screen door. Our Retractable Screen Doors in Orange County are attached to the exterior or interior frame of a doorway or window. The screen material is attached to a roller tube which spins within the assembly’s housing. The screen is attached to a pull bar that is guided by two rails and is used to stretch the screen material across the opening. Once in use, the pull bar is fixed in place by a magnet installed on the side opposite the housing. When not in use, the screen rolls safely and slowly into its housing canister thanks to the optional slow close device!
Our StowAway Retractable Screens can be installed on any in-swing or out-swing doors like Arched Doors, Dutch Doors, French Doors, Single Doors, Single Sliding Doors, French Sliding Doors as well as Pull Down Windows and Side-to-Side Windows.
StowAway Retractable Screens can span up to 84″ wide and 108″ tall on a single unit or up to 168″ wide and 108″ tall on a double unit. Our retractable screen offers more options than any brand available in the industry today and comes standard with a Die-Cast Aluminum Handle. Some of the options include Window Mesh, Stiffened Mesh, Pet Mesh, Solar Mesh, Locks, Latches, Pet Guards, Recessed Handles, 18 Standard Colors, Custom Colors, Wood Veneer Finishes, Anodized Finishes, Large Top Rail, Grabber Catches and Internal Magnets.
