I had Cesar and Delfino installing automated shades and closet doors for my elderly mom. While they were on site, my mom fell and hit her head. The both of them rushed to help her. I’m so thankful they were there. They stopped the bleeding and called the paramedics. I don’t know what would have happened if it wasn’t for them. I’ll be forever thankful for their help. The shades and doors are absolutely perfect as well.

We live and work from home, three kids, and needed solutions custom tailored according to specific needs. You have great 'base' options that you offered (general options that are most used, such as the colors you sampled, for the box where the mesh electronically rolls up and into, but perfection was the custom color we chose. You see… I still remember when we met, I considered myself lucky to be your customer. We shared stories about how the family uses the house, and based on our needs we selected fabric, color, custom placement, and more). Can you tell I still to this day love your products most in any house? Your products have personalized this house. My car is personalized to me, my clothes are tailored to me, I eat food tailored to me… Now I live in a house tailored to me, and it’s worth a lot more now with these options :) When people walk by, they stop and stare, trying to figure out what it is that makes it so attractive and packaged together so well. It was a pleasure working with this family-owned business. 👌🏼 Everyone we have worked with or spoken to was very helpful and accommodating. Tamara brought our vision of bi-fold closet doors to fruition with her expertise and professional opinion. She and her brother (the company owner) were accommodating of us needing an extension to make a decision and sign the contract after I went into spontaneous delivery and priorities shifted. 🫣 Plus, when Tamara came out for an in-home consultation, she kindly gave us ideas for a future window upgrade. Haydee and Brooke were pleasant to work with regarding scheduling and answers to payment and installation questions. Brooke made sure that we had our follow-up questions satisfactorily answered before we committed to processing our order. The installers were also professional and helpful throughout the installation process. They provided us with tips and recommendations about painting the doors (the doors come primed only), maintenance, height of door pulls, etc. Note: If you supply your preferred door knobs or pulls, they will install them at no additional cost. The doors turned out absolutely wonderful! Mirrored bi-fold doors were an awesome choice. We all, especially our toddler, love them! We highly recommend CHIPRODUCTS and we will definitely use them again for the next room (we only had room in our pockets for the toddler’s closet this year as they’re crazy expensive, ALTHOUGH well worth it) and future window projects. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was so kind, and the prices can’t be beat. When shopping around and other companies said no to requests like adding a lock to the screen door, this company said no problem. The professionalism and customer service is top-notch!
