The warranty information for our collection of Window Boxes, Flower Boxes, Planters and the Trellis is as follows:
Azek
Azek has an unmatched 25-year warranty, AZEK components resists moisture, insects and will not rot or decay, insuring the long lasting low maintenance beauty of your project!
Fiberglass
These three-ply fiberglass shells won’t rot, stain, bleach, freeze, or become disjointed.
Wood
Wood makes a great bold statement. Wood does come with a little bit more upkeep than the other options above. Wood is wood, and over time wood might warp, twist, fade, crack or become a termites best friend. A great annual paintjob will help eliminate most of these issues.
Wrought Iron
Our iron window boxes are powder coated to help prevent rust and maintain that high quality look for many years to come.
Vinyl
Vinyl’s warranty is as straight forward as can be, the will not crack, split and/or fade excessively.
For any of the products mentioned above, the homeowner will pay a service call charge of $49.00 after 30 days of installation for any service calls. Please ask the office for a more in depth warranty if needed. In no way, is CHI Products Inc. to be held liable for any harm done to you, your property, and/or your family from misuse of these products listed above. |
