Yes, we offer many materials and styles of wood shutters that are ready to be stained when you receive them.
7) If I order a pre-colored shutter can I paint it a different color?
We don’t recommend it, but if you must, make sure to use a fine sand paper and then prime and paint the shutters with your custom oil and/or water based paint.
8) How thick are the shutters?
The shutters thickness varies depending on the material of the shutter from a depth of about 1” – 2”.
9) Are headers available for above windows or garage doors?
Yes, we offer an extensive line of headers for that extra personal touch.
10) What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on your site?
Our website is just a taste of what is commonly ordered. Every job is custom and can be designed as so. If you can imagine it, we can build it for you.
11) How long will it take from when I say go?
The turnaround time varies for each product. Please call our office to discuss the product you are interested in so that we can quote out the estimated lead time.
12. Can I do my own installation?
Yes, but we would suggest that all exterior shutters be measured by Classic Home Improvement Products, Inc. to guaranty a proper fit. Never the less we have professional installers who will be happy to install the exterior shutters at your home, since this is our specialty.
