The warranty information for our Closet Doors is as follows:

Bi-Folding Closet Doors
Basswood Painted or Stained
A 4 year limited warranty on color fastness of the paints and stain on our Bi-Folding Basswood Painted or Stained Door products. This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the Closets being properly installed without modification to original materials and components. Normal atmospheric conditions are not justified as a warranty issue.

Mirrored
Our mirrored Bi-Fold doors come with a 5 year limited warranty. This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the Closets being properly installed without modification to original materials and components

Polycore Painted
Our Polycore Painted Bi-Folding Shutters come with a 25 year warranty that our product will be free from defects in materials that might result in the warping, cracking, or fading of the closets over time. This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the Closets being properly installed without modification to original materials and components

Wood
Wood makes a great bold statement. Although we do use the finest materials available, wood does come with a little bit more upkeep than the other options above. Wood is wood, and over time wood might warp, twist, fade, crack or become a termite’s best friend. A great annual paint job and/or stain will help eliminate most of these issues. There is no warranty on our wood material.

Classic Closet Doors
Classic Closet Doors come with a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all parts and mechanisms of its systems to be free of defects in material and workmanship. The frames will be free from cracking, peeling and/or warping. The warranty provided in this paragraph shall remain in effect for 5 years from the date of purchase.

For any of the products mentioned above, the homeowner will pay a service call charge of $49.00 after 30 days of installation for any service calls. Please ask the office for a more in depth warranty if needed. In no way, is CHI Products Inc. to be held liable for any harm done to you, your property, and/or your family from misuse of these products listed above.
