It was a pleasure working with this family-owned business. 👌🏼 Everyone we have worked with or spoken to was very helpful and accommodating. Tamara brought our vision of bi-fold closet doors to fruition with her expertise and professional opinion. She and her brother (the company owner) were accommodating of us needing an extension to make a decision and sign the contract after I went into spontaneous delivery and priorities shifted. 🫣 Plus, when Tamara came out for an in-home consultation, she kindly gave us ideas for a future window upgrade. Haydee and Brooke were pleasant to work with regarding scheduling and answers to payment and installation questions. Brooke made sure that we had our follow-up questions satisfactorily answered before we committed to processing our order. The installers were also professional and helpful throughout the installation process. They provided us with tips and recommendations about painting the doors (the doors come primed only), maintenance, height of door pulls, etc. Note: If you supply your preferred door knobs or pulls, they will install them at no additional cost. The doors turned out absolutely wonderful! Mirrored bi-fold doors were an awesome choice. We all, especially our toddler, love them! We highly recommend CHIPRODUCTS and we will definitely use them again for the next room (we only had room in our pockets for the toddler’s closet this year as they’re crazy expensive, ALTHOUGH well worth it) and future window projects. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so happy I found this company after a Google search and reading the reviews. They were professional, attentive, and helpful from the start. Easy to communicate with and responded right away and answered all of my questions. I had contacted other companies that didn’t impress me and I’m so glad I went with Classic Improvement Products. The whole experience from beginning to end was easy and seamless and we were kept in constant communication about the status of our order. Our door was ready and installed in less than two weeks! Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was so kind, and the prices can’t be beat. When shopping around and other companies said no to requests like adding a lock to the screen door, this company said no problem. The professionalism and customer service is top-notch! Very happy with the quality of our screen door and have been enjoying the summer ocean breeze ever since! Highly recommend this company! After moving into our house earlier this year, we discovered that we could not use our patio nearly as much as we wanted because of cool and strong winds blowing through there. We wanted something to block the wind but let in the light, sturdy and still nice looking, and something that could disappear when not in use. Not easy to find! After much online research, we finally found Classic Improvement Products, and so glad we did! They listened and understood what we were looking for and provided ballpark pricing, which was really helpful (We are not really close to Anaheim - no point wasting everybody's time if it didn't fit our budget). Tamara came out and brought samples and explained how it was going to look and work, and 2 months later we had the perfect solution! I highly recommend Classic Improvement Products. Everybody we worked with was friendly, efficient, and knew their business. A rare find these days!

Great service! I appreciated getting a free quote and measure. Also, they were great about following up and answered all my questions throughout the process. I love the closet doors I got. They look very high-end and are a major step up from my previous ones. I am also interested in getting a motorized power screen for my garage, so I'm looking forward to doing that project in the future.
